Sandra’s mission in life is to STRETCH OUT to love God completely and to share that knowledge with Christians of all ages, ethnicities and backgrounds.  Her passion for teaching, speaking and leading women to freedom and redemption in Christ is profoundly impactful in unique and tangible ways.

Sandra holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and teaches graduate courses at Azusa Pacific University.  She also holds a Coaching certification, a 200 hour Christian yoga certification including touch; trauma-sensitive and is trained in SOZO healing ministries.

Sandra's favorite place to meet with God and her family is at the beach.  She loves to have fun and her mantra is: "Come on, it will be fun!"  

Kristina has a passion to see women and men living in total freedom.  Kristina holds a 100 hour certification in Christian yoga, Aqua certification and is an active lay counselor with Water of Life Community Church.  Kristina loves her husband, Hannibal, and her two beautiful children.  You can often find Kristina and Hannibal watching their son's water polo game or their daughter's soccer game.  Kristina has a massive love for Jesus and wants everyone to experience the Holy Spirit during her classes.
